Dedicated Account Managers You will be assigned a dedicated account manager. This person will be your first point of contact with the Town USA team. Our account managers develop solid relationships with their clients, to the point where some customers rely on their opinions before making non-IT related business decisions.
The account manager fulfills the following roles:
Serves as the "human touch" in what is a technical business
Provides a detailed walk-through of the DSM and Town USA services
Establishes payment processors so you can accept orders via the DSM
We staff account managers with the following characteristics:
Customer service and/or technical support experience
Extensive training in systems and customer issues by the experienced support management team
Feature an average of 10 years experience
Technical Support: Your Dedicated Account Managers will have access to a team of dedicated customer support personnel for your application related needs. Technical support staff generally know many clients by name and follow a highly intensive, personalized approach to support.
Network Operations Support: Your Dedicated Account Managers will have access to network operations support staff to solve unexpected issues.
